Terms & Conditions

These Client Terms apply when you use GlowUpsHub to discover independent Beauty & Wellness Experts, manage your account and make appointments. By creating a Client account or using the Client services, you agree to these Terms.

GlowUpsHub is a registered business name operated by Will Talbot (Business Name No. 787822), with its principal place of business at 291 St Attracta Road, Cabra, Dublin, Ireland. Contact: legal@glowupshub.com · 087 364 9114.

GlowUpsHub provides the technology that helps Clients and Experts connect. The Expert is an independent business or professional and is responsible for the Beauty & Wellness service they provide.

When you book an Expert, the agreement for the Beauty & Wellness service is between you and that Expert. GlowUpsHub is not the provider of that service and does not employ the Expert.

GlowUpsHub remains responsible for the services that GlowUpsHub itself provides as a platform. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.

Experts set their own service prices, deposit requirements, cancellation terms and, where applicable, Mobile travel fees. These should be shown to you as part of the booking journey before you confirm an appointment.

Where an appointment requires a deposit, the deposit is paid directly to the Expert using the payment details provided for that Expert. GlowUpsHub does not receive, hold or process the Expert's deposit or the remaining service payment.

The Expert is responsible for money paid directly to them, including recording receipt of a deposit and dealing with any refund that is due. GlowUpsHub may record payment status and amounts in the platform to support the booking and the Expert's business records, but this does not mean GlowUpsHub has received or held the money.

Each Expert is responsible for clearly communicating the cancellation and deposit terms that apply to their service. If you cancel, arrive late or do not attend, the Expert's disclosed terms may apply.

Deposit and cancellation terms do not override your statutory consumer rights. Where Irish or EU consumer law gives you a right to a refund, repeat performance, price reduction, termination or another remedy, those rights continue to apply.

Because payments for Expert services are made directly to the Expert, requests for a service-payment or deposit refund should normally be raised with that Expert first.

Experts are responsible for keeping their profile, services, prices, availability, location and other business information accurate. They are also responsible for holding any qualifications, permissions, licences or insurance required for the services they provide.

GlowUpsHub may provide ratings, reviews, discovery tools and other information to help you choose an Expert, but you remain responsible for deciding whether an Expert and service are suitable for you.

GlowUpsHub is an online marketplace. Default Expert lists are generally ordered using rating data. Where you choose Nearest, matching Experts are ordered by calculated distance. Where you choose Top Rated, only Experts who meet the platform's Top Rated qualification are shown and are then ordered by rating. Some Home surfaces may separately feature Experts selected for a Featured placement.

Experts who offer services through GlowUpsHub declare through the Expert Terms that they are acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession. GlowUpsHub provides this marketplace information to Clients through the applicable legal and booking-policy information. The service contract remains between the Client and the Expert.

Where a service is marked Mobile, the Expert travels to the Client. The Expert sets their Mobile area and any disclosed travel fee. Clients are responsible for providing an accurate service address and reasonable access for the appointment.

You must provide accurate account and booking information, keep your account secure and use GlowUpsHub lawfully and respectfully. You must not misuse the platform, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent bookings or interfere with other users.

You must be at least 18 years old to create your own GlowUpsHub account.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not be fraudulent, abusive or unlawful. GlowUpsHub may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms, applicable law or platform standards.

GlowUpsHub works to provide a reliable platform, but online services may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, GlowUpsHub is not responsible for the acts, omissions, quality or outcome of an independent Expert's Beauty & Wellness service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We may update these Terms when the platform, law or our services change. Where a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to users' attention.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any mandatory consumer protections and rights you have under applicable Irish or EU law remain unaffected.
